Janusz Tworek has been an architect for almost 40 years. He has always drawn, even before his studies. During his studies, drawing was one of his main subjects. At that time, he also took part in a very interesting research project on the archiving of Polish wooden architecture. It was a strict school of drawing from nature for him. He did it often and after graduating, he took advantage of his free moments while practising his profession. At the time, he was also active in the Kraków Young Group, which resulted in an exhibition of joint work. In addition to drawing, he attempted ceramics, stained glass and finally painting. He also spent most of his life taking photographs. His paintings are in private collections in Poland and abroad.
