Izabela Drzewiecka (born 1966) graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, the Pedagogical and Artistic Institute in Kalisz, and studied painting in the studio of Professor Andrzej Niekrasz. She is mainly engaged in acrylic, oil and watercolour painting. Her works are in private collections in Poland and abroad. She is also engaged in graphic art. She has been working as an art teacher since 2004. With her passion, commitment and love for art, she motivates young artists to be creative. In recent years, she has created many abstract works in which an explosion of colour and light creates the illusion of space. Her oeuvre includes exhibitions of works from her 30-year artistic career, as well as series dedicated to the discovery of contemporary art.
