Adam Kozik was born on 24 September 1972 in Krakow. In 1993-1998, he studied at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Technical University of Krakow, where he graduated in 1998 in the Department of Design of Public Utility Facilities. Professionally, he is engaged in architectural design. Since 2001, he has run his own architectural design studio, Ar-De Studio Architecture & Design, and has his own gallery in Kraków.
